This show reminds us of the power of compassion and the incredible strength we find when we come together.”

A Story of Kindness and Connection

Come From Away is not just a musical; it’s an emotional journey that captures the essence of human compassion during a time of global tragedy. When 38 planes were diverted to Gander, a town with a population of barely 9,000, the locals stepped up in ways that would leave a lasting impact on both the visitors and themselves. From providing food and shelter to forming lifelong friendships, the people of Gander demonstrated the best of humanity.

Featuring unforgettable songs like “Welcome to the Rock,” “Me and the Sky,” and “Somewhere in the Middle of Nowhere,” the musical showcases the stories of both the locals and the travelers. Whether you’re moved by the courage of the American Airlines pilot Beverley Bass (played by Bronte Wright), or by the unlikely friendship between Kevin J. and Kevin T. (portrayed by Nelfio DiMarco and Andrew Lorenzo), each character brings a unique and inspiring perspective to this story of hope and unity.

The cast of Come From Away in Geelong has been carefully selected to embody the spirit and warmth of this incredible tale. With seasoned performers and fresh faces alike, they are ready to bring Gander’s unique blend of humor, hospitality, and humanity to life.

✨ Claude (Mayor of Gander), played by Duncan Esler, will lead the way with his down-to-earth charm and infectious spirit.

✨ Oz, the kindhearted policeman portrayed by Mat Dwyer, will keep the peace in more ways than one.

✨ Kevin J. and Kevin T., the quirky couple played by Nelfio DiMarco and Andrew Lorenzo, will navigate the complexities of their relationship amidst the chaos.

✨ Diane and Nick—played by Sally-Anne Cowdell and Brad Beales—are strangers turned lovers, proving that love can truly blossom anywhere, even during the most trying times.

✨ Beverley, the trailblazing pilot, brought to life by Bronte Wright, will remind us all of the strength and resilience that lies within.

“Because we come from everywhere, we all come from away.” This lyric, like so many others in the show, resonates deeply, emphasizing that no matter where we come from, we can all find common ground and kindness when we need it most.

It's exciting to hear about Come From Away coming to Geelong! The story is such a powerful reminder of community and support during tough times. Speaking of support, I recently had to relocate across the country, and finding the best long distance moving company really made the process so much easier. They handled everything from start to finish, making sure my move was stress-free. For anyone looking to protect their items during a move, I highly recommend professional packers and movers—they made sure everything was packed securely, which gave me peace of mind during the transition.

It’s exciting to hear that Come From Away is coming to Geelong! I’m sure it’s going to be a fantastic show. On a different note, I’ve been exploring some wellness products lately that might interest others. If you're dealing with pests like ants, I found Demetrius Earth for Ants to be a natural and effective solution. It’s safe to use around the house and does a great job. Additionally, if you’re looking to boost your health or detox, the CDS Solution has been incredibly helpful for me. Both have worked wonders in my daily routine, and I thought I’d share in case anyone else is looking for similar products!

It's great to see Come From Away making its way to Geelong—such a powerful and heartwarming story. The resilience of people in the face of unexpected challenges is something that resonates in many fields, including the legal world. In the realm of mass tort litigation, it's crucial to have professionals who are as resilient as the characters in this play, especially when dealing with complex cases. Similarly, for product liability attorneys, understanding the full scope of an incident and its impact on individuals is essential in building strong cases. Looking forward to seeing this incredible show and reflecting on how perseverance plays out in both art and law.
