Unleash Your Inner Star: Shine Bright with CentreStage's Broadway Tour
BRING ON BROADWAY!
CentreStage’s Broadway Experience in New York is an extraordinary opportunity for young performers aged 13–18 to immerse themselves in the very heart of global theatre culture. This 12-day, action-packed tour offers students a chance to explore Broadway behind the curtain—participating in professionally led workshops, attending world-class shows, visiting iconic landmarks, and performing in a professional studio showcase.

Our program is designed not just to educate, but to inspire. Each day includes structured artistic activities, including singing, acting, dancing, and performance coaching, as well as cultural excursions through Manhattan. From the electric buzz of Times Square to the reflective calm of Central Park, students will gain not only artistic skills, but also independence, confidence, and unforgettable memories.

CentreStage is deeply committed to ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of every student who travels with us. Our New York Experience has been designed with robust child safety measures in place, consistent with the Child Safe Standards (Victoria) and our internal Child Safety Policy.

The trip is supervised at all times by three CentreStage-appointed chaperones. All chaperones are employees or contractors of CentreStage who hold valid Working With Children Checks and have undertaken child safety training.
They are responsible for the day-to-day care of students, including attendance monitoring, incident management, medication handling (if required), and wellbeing checks. Students are never left unaccompanied during activities.
An emergency plan, parent contact protocol, and local New York support contacts are included in the information provided to families upon registration.

All educational programming on the tour is overseen by qualified instructors, including VIT-registered educators and professionals with extensive experience in youth performing arts. This ensures all learning aligns with current educational standards and is delivered with expertise and care.

Our tour leaders include teachers who are currently working in Victorian schools and have up-to-date training in child protection, duty of care, and inclusive classroom practices.
Their presence on the tour provides students and families with confidence that the experience is both enriching and appropriately managed.
