We are seeking to appoint a volunteer board member to assist CenterStage Geelong in pr related tasks. This position may suit university student,graduate,intern or anyone willing to dip their feet into the social world. Work with one of Australia's leading social media pioneers

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI

  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

 

Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Social media

  • Hands on experience in content management

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of online marketing channels

  • Familiarity with web design

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

We are seeking to appoint a volunteer board member to assist CenterStage Geelong. This position will be pivitol in the growth of CenterStage and may suit a dedicated individuals or small working group. 

We are looking for an individual to audit our costume and set library and manage the implementation of a catalogue system. (we already have the costumes tagged) 

Responsibilities
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

  • Audit the costume library to establish pricing with relevant individuals

  • Load and manage online tool

  • Work with the web team to have catalogue listed on website

  • Work with the producers to allocate costumes to production and remove from hiring.

We are seeking to appoint a volunteer board member to assist CenterStage Geelong. This position will be pivotal in the growth of CenterStage and may suit a dedicated individuals or small working group. 

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.  You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

 

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
